13.04.080 Adoption of motor vehicle laws – Oregon Laws 1991.

Violation of the provisions contained in Oregon Revised Statutes, Chapters 801, 802, 803, 805, 806, 807, 809, 810, 811, 813, 814, 815, 816, 818, 819, 820, 821, 822, and 823 as amended by the Oregon Laws 1991 shall be an offense against the City of Albany and prosecution and trial thereunder shall be as provided therein.
