Mortgage and rent relief assistance are available to Albany households financially impacted by COVID-19 through the CARES Act.
To qualify for assistance, household income must be at or below 80 percent of the area median income for the county where you live. The current income limit for a family of four in Linn County is $51,600, and a two-member household is $41,300.
