The City of Albany Municipal Airport is establishing a new overall goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation for fiscal years 2021-2023. The City would like to consult with general contractor groups, community organizations, and other officials or organizations that may have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for DBEs, and assist the Albany Municipal Airport’s efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs. Below is a list of the anticipated contracts that will receive federal support of the next 3 years.

- No Capital Improvement Projects planned.
Contracts Fiscal Year #3
- Lighting/PAPI/Taxiway Rehabilitation – $126,000
The projects include design elements such as civil engineering work and environmental/biological assessments for protected wildlife as well as rehabilitation elements such as civil construction, including asphalt, concrete, lighting, and earthwork.
