The City of Albany is proud to recognize employees and departments that provide outstanding service to our community. By submitting a Kudo, you can share your appreciation and help us celebrate the people who make a positive difference every day. Once submitted, your message will be shared with the employee and their supervisor. If your Kudo is for an entire department, it will be shared with the Department Head and the City Manager.
What is a Kudo?
A Kudo is a simple way to say, “thank you” and recognize exceptional service. Whether an employee showed kindness, professionalism, creativity, or went above and beyond to assist you, your recognition helps celebrate the great work happening across the City of Albany.
Why submit a Kudo?
Providing excellent service to our community is always our goal, and employee recognition is an important part of celebrating that commitment. Sharing your stories helps to acknowledge the employees and departments who make Albany a great place to live, work, and visit.
What info will I need?
If possible, please provide the employee’s name and details about your experience. You may also wish to review the City’s Mission, Vision, and Values to highlight which values the employee or department demonstrated through their service.
