Visit at least six of the parks listed below and snap a photo as indicated on the back of this paper. Once you're done, come back here to submit your photos for a chance to win!

Rules

  1. Every family that submits a completed form will receive a prize pack perfect for summer fun!
  2. Prize packs are limited; one passport/prize pack per family.
  3. Participants must pick up prizes in person July 21-August 20 at the Riverfront Community Center (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, 8:30 am-4:30 pm)

  • Burkhart Park (550 Burkhart St. SE) Take a photo of someone in your family exercising on the fitness court!
  • Eleanor Hackleman Park (654 Pine St. SE) Take a photo of someone in your family on the pickleball courts!
  • Gibson Hill Park (2880 Gibson Hill Rd. NW) Take a photo of someone in your family playing sand volleyball!
  • Henderson Park (833 Calapooia St. SW) Take a photo of someone in your family on one of the swings!
  • Kinder Park (1326 Oak St. SE) Take a photo of someone in your family going down a slide!
  • Meadow Ridge Park (379 Timber St. NE) Take a photo of someone in your family on the log structure!
  • Monteith Riverpark (489 Water Ave. NW) Take a photo of someone in your family on the new stage!
  • Periwinkle Park (2298 21st Ave. SE) Take a photo of someone in your family crossing the footbridge!
  • Sunrise Park (2275 Thurston St. SE) Take a photo of someone in your family under the biggest tree you can find!
  • Takena Park (1101 Lawnridge St. SW; NOT Takena Landing Park) Take a photo of someone in your family on (or in front of) the climbing boulder!
