Almost all of the street lights within the city are owned and maintained by Pacific Power. A small number in the SE part of town are owned and maintained by Consumers Power.
You can report issues directly to the company that owns and maintains them. Each light pole should have a tag with a unique serial number:

They have yellow tags labeled "Pacificorp" with short serial numbers:

Can't find a tag?
If you see a streetlight that is burned out or cycling on and off and cannot determine which power company to call, contact Public Works Operations (541-917-7600, email). Staff will contact the appropriate party to relay your repair request to the power companies.
