The City of Albany is requesting applications (RFA) from non-profit and eligible entities for activities to be funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds available July 1, 2026. The City receives annual funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
ALL applicants must attend one of the virtual pre-application meetings to learn more about the CDBG program requirements and eligible activities: either Friday November 21 at 10:00 a.m., or Thursday, December 4 at 3:00 p.m. Email
