Alcohol of any kind is not permitted before 5:30 p.m. on concert days in the park.
- Outside beer, wine, hard seltzer, or cider is permitted after 5:30 p.m. until the end of the concert.
- Hard alcohol is not permitted in the park at any time.
- Alcohol will not be available to purchase at the event.
If your are separated from your child, older parent, or another family member requiring supervision during the event, please remain calm and quickly seek the assistance of our uniformed security personnel, Albany Parks & Recreation staff members, or Albany Police Department officers on-site.
Be ready to give a detailed description of the individual:
- Name
- Age
- Physical appearance
- Clothing
- Other unique items they may wear/use

We select performers based on criteria such as price, availability, routing, and genre without influence from personal viewpoints.

7.28.230 Merchandising, advertising, and signs.
No person in a park shall:
- Vending and Peddling. Expose or offer for sale any article or thing. Nor shall a vendor station or place any stand, cart or vehicle for the transportation, sale or display of any such article or thing. Exception is made for any regularly licensed concessionaire acting by and under the authority and regulation of the Director.
- Advertising. Announce, advertise, or call attention in any way to any article or service for sale or hire. (Ord. 4585 § 1, 1983; Ord. 3169 § 7, 1964).
Chairs and blankets are allowed to be placed in the park after 7 a.m. on concert days.
- Place your belongings at your own risk. Staff will not be on site to regulate chair and blanket placement in the early morning.
- Please do not place items in fire lanes or places that are blocked off. If your items are placed in those areas, Albany Parks & Recreation will move the items to the closest available spot near your placement.
- Albany Parks & Recreation is not responsible for items that have been moved or lost.
- All seating is available on a first come, first serve basis.
- There is no blanket-only seating area.
- No tarps or stakes allowed.
- Standard height chairs are allowed.
- We have an ADA-accessible platform for mobility devices. Each guest with a mobility device is welcome to bring one companion, who should bring their own chair. Please note, the platform is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the concert venue or within 10 feet of entrances. Smoking marijuana in public is illegal in the State of Oregon.
We strongly encourage a $1 per person donation to be paid at the gate to help support the festival in future years, but there are no tickets required at this event. We can take Visa or Mastercard but prefer cash or check.
